GENERAL REQUIREMENT FOR PENCOM RECRUITMENT.

• Participants must obtain either HND, NCE, B.Sc, Ormond from recognized institutions in any discipline.
• WASC or SSCE with at least 3 credits both in the English Language and any other two.
• NECO or GCE with passes obtained in 4 or 5 subjects at a sitting. English must be of a pass mark.
• National Diploma (ND)
• National certification of the Education Council.
• General Certificate of education.
