Open Steam and Log into your account
If you haven’t already, you’ll need to open the Steam client and log into your account. Once you’re logged in, click on the Friends and Chat tab at the bottom of the window. In the menu that pops up, click on View Profile.
On your profile page, click on the Edit Profile button. You should see a list of all the games currently linked to your account (including those you’ve played and those which are uninstalled). Find Escape from Tarkov in this list, and select it.
Next, click on Actions in your game library. This will bring up a drop-down menu where you can select which action you want to take (e.g., link another account or unlink it). Select Remove from Account from that list, then enter your Steam password into the field that pops up next.
Click on My Games
Click on the My Games tab at the top of the screen. On the left-hand side of the My Games tab, there should be a list of all the games you own. Find and click on Escape From Tarkov. This will take you to the game’s page on your My Games tab.
Near the bottom of this page, there is an option called ‘Delete account’. After clicking this button, it will ask for your username and password to confirm that you want to delete your account from their servers. Once this information has been submitted, it cannot be undone; so make sure you are ready before clicking ‘Delete account’.
After confirming that you want to delete your account, it may take some time for everything to process; so don’t worry if the site doesn’t seem responsive right away.
Right click on Escape from Tarkov in your library
1. Right-click on the game in your Steam library and select Properties from the drop-down menu.
2. Click on the Local Files tab and then click on the Verify Integrity of Game Cache button.
3. Once the process is complete, close the window and restart Steam.
4. Go to your Steam settings and select Account Details.
5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Delete My Account button.
