Why should I delete my raid account
All of your progress, friends, and virtual items are only saved on the server. If you delete an account, all those elements are lost forever.
While we don’t recommend deleting your account unless you have a strong reason for doing so, if you do decide to, follow these steps Go to the Settings menu in Raid: Heroes of Atlas by tapping on Profile at the bottom right corner of your screen.
-Select Delete Account from the list that pops up
-Enter your email address and password in order to confirm deletion

Why shouldn’t I delete my raid account
While it’s tempting to delete your account in order to prevent yourself from being charged for unused time, there are many potential disadvantages that come with deleting a raid account.
Your account will be deleted permanently, making it impossible for you to recover any data stored within the app.
Additionally, if you ever decide that you want back into Raid after you’ve deleted your original account, you’ll need a new email address.
You can also re-download the Raid app using a different email address and password. However, once again, this could lead to charges for unused time because of the previous registration date.
Step by step guide
Log into your RAID dashboard. Click on Account in the upper right corner of the page. Scroll down and find Delete Account.
Fill out the contact information fields, including a title and phone number (for verification). Select which devices you want to delete by clicking on them and then clicking the button that says Delete Devices.
Clicking Finish will finalize the deletion process. You can now remove all data from the device or leave it there for future use. The old data will be removed within 1-2 weeks.
You can request a refund after deleting an account if you have not received one already.
